ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Hours: 30 hrs – 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: £33,813 pa – £35,100 pa
Primary Location: Tring (HP23 6PU)

We are recruiting an Assistant Operations Manager for our GP Practice that serves 43,000 patients in Tring, Berkhamsted, Markyate and the surrounding Chilterns. Primarily based at our Tring Surgery, you will also be required to regularly work from our other surgeries.
In supporting our Practice purpose to provide the best possible healthcare to enable our patients to live well, through a highly motivated, effective and efficient team, the primary responsibilities of this role are to:
To provide an effective and efficient Clinical Document Management system across the Practice through our Document Navigation Team and to develop improvements through the advance use of technology and enhanced processes. You will act as the team lead to our 11 Document Navigation Team members.
To improve the experience of patients through reviewing and acting upon patient communication, where you will undertake reviews of patient complaints with internal and external stakeholders.
The role is most likely to suit someone with a successful service delivery background, who has significant supervisory experience and who has the potential to progress further.
In addition to a competitive salary, 6.6 weeks holiday (including Bank Holidays) and enrolment to the NHS Pension are provided.

Due to an upcoming retirement and the recent expansion of our surgeries we are now looking for a highly motivated GP to join our clinical teams our Tring Surgery. We are a very friendly, high achieving and dynamic training Practice based. Located in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the market towns of Tring, Berkhamsted and Markyate, our surgeries are within easy reach of Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Chesham, Dunstable and Luton.
The Practice works as one team across our 5 sites, which gives us resilience and strong mutual support. GPs are based at one main site. Our GP lead triage for same day requests has transformed our GP working day to be one of the best we know of.
