Patient Communication: Phone Systems

We are sorry to hear of patients experiencing delays or problems when phoning into the Surgery during peak hours (8-10am and 1-3pm).

We are working hard to improve the phone system for a better patient experience, although this may take some time to implement across the whole Practice.

May we remind you if you have a non urgent query or request for appointment you may find it easier to contact us during our quieter periods (11.30am-1pm) and after 3pm.

Additionally, if you are registered for online services then you will have the option to make appointments without having the need to phone in.

Please remember to then bring your completed forms and your ID (Passport / driving licence) with you to get set up.
