An Open Letter to Patients of Rothschild House Group

Dear Patients

We are aware of an increasing number of patients expressing concern over the changes being made in the practice as demand on our services grow.

We would like to reassure all our patients that we are continually working to improve the services offered. As we have grown and as our patient count grows this does put a burden on our existing infrastructure but we continue to make the necessary changes to deal with this.

In recent months we have taken on a number of additional salaried doctors to accommodate the growing patient list. We have been adjusting patient lists to ensure that we can offer patients timely access to their named GPs and we have been recruiting additional dispensary, administrative and reception staff also – all these staff need time to undergo training in what is a busy, large and complex practice and we ask for your understanding during this period.
